the smell of urine nearly knocked me back out of the door. I am a CNA and i know what to look for before even bothering to ask questions. when i got to the front desk to talk to the receptionist, she was in a loud conversation with another woman talking about the "club" when i said excuse me she slid her eyes to the side and said in a minute, im talking.... I LEFT. I need to feel that my dad will be in a safe, clean place with caring staff, even if they are spread thin. PLEASE if for some reason you cant believe this just go visit. not fit for ANYONE.
