Services Treemont Retirement Community provides apartments with no buy-in as the core of a campus with four levels of care. Well-located west of the Galleria in the Memorial Area it has been Houston’s Retirement Tradition, and now also has one building of fully renovated apartments. Retirement apartments include 3 meals daily, house¬keeping, social activities, transportation and emergency calls.Treemont's "Independence Plus" program is designed to keep seniors independent longer in their apartment. Treemont has a preferred-provider agreement with Senior Allegiance Home Care to provide such assistance as medication reminders, escorts to the dining room, bathing and dressing as well as Home Health services through Medicare in residents' apartments. This type of "assisted living" can often be provided at a lower cost than traditional Assisted Living. On the Treemont campus is a Health Care Center, that provides traditional Assisted living services. Our Health Care Center provides the highest quality Medicare certified skilled nursing and rehab. Treemont is surprisingly affordable. As Houston’s “Retirement Tradition,” Treemont is the best value and provides the best care in senior living. Our long-tenured staff is a big asset and a key reason why Treemont residents call Treemont “home.”
