They present very well. But you must definitely be precise and watch your resident( should you decide to put someone in there) carefully. I have found this in several facilities but this one is more serious. They have employees who worked there many years and are very caring, devoted people. But it only takes a few to make it a very wrong situation. Just be forewarned and listen to your gut. Not leaving contact info cancels your concerns therefore ,you see, they have no complaints.
