Visited this facility to learn the daily activities for patients. Not impressed at all with the care and staff.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
