My mother came to live at Carriage Court after a devastating accident this past summer, that took the sight of one of her eyes. She has had nothing but the kindest, and most loving treatment since day one, and my sisters and I marvel that we have never encountered one staff member that has an attitude. They are all smiling, and helpful, and cordial. Sometime I think mom loves some of her care givers as much as she loves us, her children. They are such truly kind care givers.
They have all kinds of activities that keep things fun and seniors engaged.
My mother is almost 99, and whips around in her walker going to different activities. I can hardly get her on the phone, she has become so socially engaged. My uncle, 96, lives here as well, and for a longer period than Mom. He is happy as a clam, here.
I worked for a prominent hospital in Memphis for a number of years, and the Golden Rule, and Service First were our guidelines for taking care of patients and any guest. I have said that Carriage Court reminds me of that great work environment,and my family feels very fortunate to have our relatives in this totally loving, excellently run place.

My mom has been at Carriage Court for going on two years, and she really likes it there. When my sister and I were looking for a place for our recently widowed mother, we knew when we walked in the door that we had found the right place. It has an upbeat, homey feel that we didn't find in any other facility we had toured. The staff is friendly, animated and dedicated to their jobs. The food is good with a number of options for every meal. The nurses try to take care of not just meds, but every little ache and pain, and with infinite patience. Every employee I've met over the two years has been professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!
