This was the filthiest place i have ever been in, ..dirty lunch tables,dirty bed trays floors unkept. .few caring or capable staff.,window treatments broken,dirty wheelchairs .loss of personal items asked for and never returned,1 item imparticular name changed to another patients. The hair salon is very unreliable ,very few have their hair combed .Lunch was a stale peanut & butter sandwich. take a silent tour and check for yourself..this is nothing short of a warehouse for our elderly parents....SHAMEFUL THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY...THEY TAKE YOUR $ AND GET NOTHING FOR IT....this would have no star rating....deplorable conditions..............
