They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I would never recommend anyplace with the stink of the encore name on it, to anyone, ever.
