They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. My father's bill was wrong every month, I became close with several of the employees who told me their checks were always short, they had to find their own replacements if they had an emergency. One employee was not able to attend their grandparents funeral because the company wouldnt let her off. When i visited I was not allowed to ask the residents questions about how they felt about the care the staff supplied.
