I worked For Merrill Gardens in West Seattle, the one on 35th ave and while I was working there, at first it was ok and then we went through 3 managers and 2 nurses. I also did not get $100.00 dollar bonus for being employee of the month, or get my vacation pay because they say I left before my hire date .I resigned to take a personal care position and years later I applied for a position at another Merrill Gardens , and I was told I was not re-hire able. I was told I left with out notice and ,I gave out 3 resignations, one to my supervisor , one to the director and sent one to the corporate office, low and behold , none of then couldn't be found.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
