I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. As soon as I asked the staff for some assistance, it was obvious that they didn't want to help me at all. They completely ignored me, and continued chatting among themselves. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Also, I did not feel that there was enough security for personal belonings, since people were going in and out of rooms with keys.
