I am moving my mom from this place tomorrow. My mom fell and broke a hip and had to have hip replacement. A case worker sent her here. It smells of urine, the staff is mostly from Nigeria and abusive The Director of Nursing asked if I had be around Nigerians....I said no and he said well that just how they are. I found my mom in the dining room by herself and her head on the table No one was around and I have no idea how long she had been left there. The clothes I brought for her disappeared out of her closet. When I asked about them they told me they had done her laundry and put it in her closet. The nurse went with them I took a pair of pants out of the bag and when I did feeces and food hit the floor. I asked if this looked like clean clothes....no answer. I found my Mom with dirty hair. Then she was taken to emergency room and found she had a unrineary track infection due. This place should be shut down. We need to do something about elderly abusive in this country. Whatever you do....DO NOT send a loved one here!!
