They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. We had issues with a pair of sunglasses that had to be sent back twice for the lense falling out and the second time they gave us new lenses to fit correctly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. At times though there can be wait to get fitted for glasses. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
