Chris Karrasch, MD
Growing up in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City Dr Karrasch gained a love for the outdoors. He spent his childhood snow and water skiing, mountain biking, and camping. He gravitated to and excelled in sports becoming a Utah high school state tennis champion. He cultivated his love for sports medicine early receiving a certification as an assistant athletic trainer while in high school. Following a two year LDS mission in Hartford Connecticut he attended the University of Nevada, Reno on academic scholarship and received the prestigious Herz Gold Watch award for being the top student in his class. He stayed and obtained his medical degree at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
