Not enough vets on duty to handle their scheduled appointments. Waited over an hour and a half to get puppy shots in a previous appointment. They explained that it was because of an emergency. Today same excuse for not being able to spay my dog that had been waiting there since 8:00am. We took time off work to drop her off this morning. We call around 2:00pm to get update. They say they haven't gotten to our dog yet because of a "emergency" but that they will still today. We call again around 3:00pm. Now they say they might have to reschedule because they have 3pm appointments now. Or they can do it around 5pm if no other emergencies come in but nobody will be there after 6pm to keep an eye on our puppy after they close. This is totally unacceptable! I decided to go get my puppy, her records and find a new vet to take her to. Our puppy hasn't eaten or drank anything since 9pm the night before and now has been stressed all day in a small cage in a strange place. They don't have enough vets on duty to handle the kind of business they want to do. Plan on waiting forever to be seen if you have an appointment or not getting a surgery done that you had scheduled if you go here. They seem to get emergencies often and those take your vet away from your pet's needs. They need to separate the ER business from the regular appointments business. I hated to but I got my puppies records and now finding a vet that doesn't over book or has enough staff to handle the work load.
