First of all there is an ILLGAL ashtray sitting directly outside the entrance. Funny how Dr. Nevling wants to expose his patients to second-hand smoke with people smoking directly outside the ONLY entrance. What makes it worse is that the "Iowa Smokefree Air Act", which makes smoking within 25-feet of the entrance and all ashtrays ILLEGAL, is over 5-years old. Dr. Nevling doesn't even have any of the proper signage that declares his office a "SMOKE-FREE" area posted anywhere . . . another violation. Dr. Nevling has been aware of these state laws for over half a decade, yet he still violates them. He is a CRIMINAL. Protect your health and do NOT seek any medical services from Dr. Nevling.
