Never take a loved pet to this place. My beloved pet died while in their "care" . The tech Sam was very cold and uncaring. Dr. Brown was clueless. I asked for the records after my dog died and took them to two different vets and a vet tech for review.... They all said things like " well everyone makes mistakes" " maybe they were under staffed that night" and " I would have done this or checked for that...." Sam was quick to collect money as soon as we were buzzed in. Then again when we were told to leave for two hours but be sure to return before 7 a.m. Because they wanted to be out of the building by 8. As we are carrying our dead fur baby out of the building that via their own records they did not check on for nearly 2 hours ( just put her in a cage and closed the door) the tech Sam reminds me I need to pay again to close the account. I strongly feel that if we had taken her somewhere else she might still be alive. Even if she died in my arms while driving to another hospital at least she would not of been alone in a closed cage forgotten!

As a practicing veterinarian, I am very happy to have this service in our community. Before, we would see emergencies at our offices, (understaffed at night and holidays) and do our best, sometimes with the client as our help. We'd either take a critical patient home or go back and forth all night checking on the patient. Rarely sat up with it all night, but usually so exhausted the next day, we weren't at our best. Here, we have a facility and staff whose job it is to be on top of that patient all night-better for the patient, better for the referring veterinarian, knowing someone is looking after a critical patient, and better for the client knowing vigilant eyes were dedicated all night and not asleep. Plus they can call at anytime to check on their animal. The overall care is outstanding.
