They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be time
