I am a client of Jamestown Veterinary Hospital and I asked her about the review of August 27, 2013. Dr. Wade checked her records and does not have client of James Norris. I think you should remove this post as obviously it is in error. He must be referring to a different Jamestown Veterinary Hospital.
I am quite disturbed that you would post something like this without checking into it. I have always received a reminder card and the most up to date veterinary care for my pet. The staff is always polite and very helpful.
The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.
