Dr. Toft is not the vet to go to if you love your pet!!! She is rude, treats emergency situations casually and then charges for an emergency (during office hours!!!) She also doesn't have that much knowledge. If you want a vet who cares about the welfare of your pet, go elsewhere!

I enjoy my appointments here. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This veterinarian sends reminders for pets annual exams except I never received notice that they moved. I found out from other people. Even when I called to make an appointment they didn't notify me they had moved.
