My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! today i had an appointment at betty shabzz ,i got there at 8:30 an ring the bell to be buzz in ,someone came to the door an told me that i will have to wait out side because the front dest clerk was not here as yet,after waiting in for ten minutes in the cold he came an let me in .i was the first person at the clinic it i told the clerk i was here to do my yearly fiscal , i was called in to talk to the nurse before i could see the doctor,the nurse ask me why am here today and i told her that i wanted to do my yearly fiscal check because i had severe pain in my heart that felt like a heart attack a few days ago an wanted to do blood work to see if it was, she then informed me that my fiscal is not due till june ,so i told her that i had already payed the clerk the co-pay for my fiscal visit ,she then said they can do the blood work to see if it was a heart attack but am not going to be able to do my fiscal today an the money would go to my fiscal visit in june .when i went in an told the doctor what had happen an why am here she said that she was sorry tell me but the clinic can not do the blood work needed , an can not provide the services and can not check my blood to see only the emergency room can with in the 24hour to seven days .they can not help me,but then refused to forward my co-pay to my next visit. so basically i paid for them to tell me they can not provide me with the services i need.no examination or nothing ......an they said i had services because i spoke to the doctor who told me they cant help me. absolute rip-off.........
