I had an emergency with my chocolate lab while camping and is not a normal patient of NCAH. Their team was extremely proffesional and helpful in a stressful time. The bill was explained to me prior to starting any treatment and is in the ballpark of what to expect for emergency surgery. During a situation like I had, which was a very strange injury, Lindsay was extremenly calming and helped more than she can imagine. I realize that is a service I am paying for but I am in debt to her for helping a non-patient during off hours.

They helped me and my kitties, and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left with the feeling of a good experience. The office was easy enough to find.
