Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with
me and almost completely ignored me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I waited over 5 hours....
