A number of years ago I started having chronic back pain - several times a year I would have to take a few days off from work until I could maneuver once again. Then I started having shoulder pain. At that time I didn't know anyone who could refer me to a chiropractor, so I picked one out of the phone book - and location was everything. I'm not saying he didn't help me at all, but eventually I became disillusioned because it was a 5 minute visit, same thing every time, never any suggested home exercises and no shared knowledge about my problem. A referral led me to Dr. Donaldson - and what a difference. He not only gives me an adjustment specific to my immediate problem, but he answers any questions I might have and spends time in sharing knowledge about exercise and nutrition.

In fact, my husband saw how good I was feeling that he also became a patient and with regular adjustments and exercise we are still able to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, ski, golf and participate fully in our chosen lifestyle even though we are in our upper 70's.
