This business is one of the worst corporations any of my peers or I have ever worked for (we were in management. The administration is a complete joke and are absolutely unprofessional. Many of their consumers have died at the hands of neglect. They pay DCW's $8.15hr with no possibility for a raise and expect state of the arc healthcare. What a complete failure of an organization. The lawsuits they have lost will tell that story.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with
me and almost completely ignored me.
