Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a phone reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I felt immediately welcomed. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

I am very pleased with the expert care I am receiving there. I had a knee replacement and am currently receiving physical therapy at St. V's on Grove Street. The staff are excellent - and they are definitely helping me to return to good health.
