The staff was VERY unprofessional. I knew everyone in that waiting rooms full name and the reason why they were there. When I came in, instead of just taking my name off the sign in sheet, I was asked to give my name out loud, and since the waiting room is so small, everyone now knew my name. I was also asked to state why I was there... receptionist actually said 'Pap, STDs, abortion...?' Really? I was only there for a pap smear, but still, nobody in that waiting room needs to know that. What if I was there for an abortion? That's really private information! And there was a girl there that was, and everyone knew. The people in this waiting room, even if they're there for the same reason, have no business knowing who I am or why I am there. This scene happened over and over again with every new person who walked in that waiting room. And the wait time for my appointment was absolutely ridiculous! I waited an hour, then decided that after witnessing and experiencing how they were handling patients and their info decided these people aren't going to be looking at my vagina, and I canceled the appointment and walked out. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill, professionalism, and sensitivity towards their patients. I wanted to tell the receptionist that she shouldn't be working there. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect the privacy of their patients. It made me uncomfortable and I will never return.
