I was never explained my treatment method before my adjustment was performed. They never told me what they would be doing to me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. I noticed while I was waiting that the chairs in the waiting room were pretty uncomfortable. You would think at a chiropractic clinic they would have nicer chairs.
