About Dr Stephen A Ash
He spent less than 5 minutes examining my son. Although the lab tests he ordered were negative for infection and my son had no fever, he referred us to the emergency room. When I read what he had written as our complaints that brought us to him in the first place, I realized he did even not listen to the symptoms that were shared with him or the complete problem. There was nothing about the reddened skin or skin irritation. He wrote symptoms we did not vocalize. Like “abdominal pain “. He refused to answer questions about the symptoms he omitted and explore what the problem might be and actually stated “I don't have time for this". Please note no one was else was there awaiting treatment. My son and I were the only two people needing his assistance and we had paid for that service. I asked for a refund of the money as I would need to take my son to someone else who could actually help, and they refused stating that we did not pay for diagnosis and treatment, only an evaluation. I would not refer anyone to this Urgent Care facility and especially this physician who does not (per his own statement) have the time or employ the patience to provide thorough and complete care to the customer.
A definite argument could be made for why you should not have to pay until services are rendered rather than them receiving payment, and failing to provide a service or below standard of care service.

From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a big beautiful smile from the beautiful young lady at the front. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. He exceeded beyond his expectations, answered all of my questions and then some. I left there feeling confident and well informed with my treatment, diagnosis and preventions. The staff couldnt possibly be any more polite and pleasent i will certainly return to this clinic. Thank you Dr. Ash, kelly, Alysa and Eric you went out of your way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. .
