Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. He has been under Arizona Chiropractic Board Review several times. He has been disciplined once.

Hearing No: 2005-087 View Order
Summary: The following is a summary of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in Case No. 2005-087. To view the entire Order, please click on the above link. Findings of Fact: Patient C.G. was involved in a motor vehicle accident on February 17, 2004. C.G. began treatment related to the motor vehicle accident with Respondent on February 18, 2004. C.G. had also been a patient of Respondent prior to the February 2004 motor vehicle accident. Respondent applied heat therapy in patient C.G.'s treatment on February 18, 2004. Heat therapy is generally contraindicated during the acute phase of treatment, the initial 72 hours following injury. In addition, Respondent took x-rays of patient C.G. on February 18, 2004, but did not send them out for interpretation until April 5, 2004. The daily notes are repetitious, vague as to findings, fail to document the patient's progress, fail to identify the provider of massage therapy, fail to accuately reflect the patient's treatment and condition and fail to support the treatment for sprain/strain with a diagnosis or findings. Respondent's record for patient C.G. also fail to adequately support charges for full spinal adjustments, manual therapy, massage therapy, and extremity manipulation, although there appears to be no intent to defraud. Respondent did not provide a copy of the patient record for patient within 10 days of a subpeona, nor did he provide the full patient record as required. Conclusions of Law: Unprofessional conduct under A.R.S. 32-924 (A)(5), A.A.C. R4-7-902 (3), A.R.S. 32-924 (A)(15), A.R.S. 32-924 (A)(16), A.R.S. 32-924 (A)(22). Order: LETTER OF CONCERN and PROBATION two years. TERMS: Shall take 6 hours of continuing education coding and billing; shall take 6 hours of continuing education in history taking and diagnostic procedures; 4 hours of continuing education in ethics; shall be subject to a minimum of three chiropractic records audits per year. On February 15, 2007, the Board terminated Dr. Hogle's probation under the above Order.

1 Only disciplinary actions are shown in the search results. The Board office should be contacted to
determine if the licensee has a history of dismissed complaints, advisory letters or non-disciplinary orders.
