I have PCOS but didn't know it when I went there. They mentioned I probably had it and put me on the pill without testing my blood or doing an ultrasound. They also got upset with me for not knowing my mother's parents history though they died when my mother was young. They often didn't explain what they were doing to me and it was my first times going to a gynecologist.

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
