I HATE THIS PLACE!! I described my symptoms and was told to wait... After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour they finally brought me back... Once i got back to the room I waited another 20 minutes.. Once the nurse practitioner came in they said "the equipment was down" so basically I waited an hour and half for NOTHING. no help what-so-ever.. When I first arrived they should have known what equipment they would be using but couldnt bother to tell me, instead wasted my day and made me late for work for nothing!

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with
me and almost completely ignored me.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
