It is now 2018 and nothing has changed from previous 1 star reviews. The doctor did not listed to a word I said and even got my chart all wrong due to her unwillingness to LISTEN! Most employees were rude including yelling/fussing at patients on the phone while making their personal info such as DOB and Name very easy to hear by complete strangers! To top it off the rooms were DISGUSTING, grease, grit, nasty floors that likely are never swept or mopped, food on floors and they just opened, dirt, dust and anything else that stays were it falls! The wait was more than 3 hours from start to finish with only one person in front of me! Also, didnt get help for my problems since the doctor likely did not hear what they were since she just ignored my words and picked out what she wanted to hear, which was complete opposite of what I came for... she stayed in the room less than 5 mins and rushed me through my issues to the point that she didnt absorb what I was saying or the problem at all! Never had a worse experience honestly! I hope this review helps someone make a better decision.
