We provide small group, individualized substance abuse intensive outpatient programs. We are a private agency and are diligent in offering quality services to effectively help with addiction issues. We also can help with emotional concerns like anxiety or depression and family behavioral problems. We are also skilled in hypnotherapy to alleviate fears or phobias, stop smoking or lose weight.

We offer marriage and family counseling, hypnotherapy for trauma resolution, and outpatient drug abuse and alcoholism addiction recovery programs for adults or adolescents in Richardson, Texas (a north Dallas suburb near Plano). We are a private center with personalized treatment. All staff members are Licensed Professional Counselors, most with long-term personal sobriety. We employ drug-testing onsite and perform interventions. Also, we are ADHD specialists and certified to use Hypnosis for Trauma reduction, Fears/Phobias, Habit Cessation.

MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY: My masters degree is in Marriage and Family Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have specialized in relationships for over 20 years
CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY: My experience as a recovering alcoholic/addict with more than 22 years sobriety is helpful to my ability to relate to others who want to be sober. I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and also have extensive experience conducting Substance Abuse Interventions for over 18 years.
ATTENTION-DEFICIT HYPERACTIVE DISORDER: I offer counseling for children and adults and family therapy including coping skills and parenting development for those with Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder concerns. I also have personal experience with ADHD in the family.
HYPNOTHERAPY: The subconscious mind is a powerful ally. I am a Certified Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy with over 20 years experience in using clinical hypnosis to clear traumas, reduce fears and phobias, end habits such as smoking or other addictions, and help with weight loss, sports enhancement, pain management, or additional personal issues. My certification is with the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.
PROCESS GROUP FACILITATOR: I have facilitated process groups for over 20 years in a wide variety of concern areas. I have also coordinated and led our addiction recovery outpatient group program for over 16 years. I believe the group process is one of the most influential elements in promoting beneficial change.
EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING: As a certified ROPES therapist, I use experiential techniques regularly in groups to enhance the therapeutic process. I also facilitate workplace team-building experiences.
LPC SUPERVISION: We are a teaching facility and offer supervision for LPC interns. As a licensed LPC supervisor, I usually supervise several Interns or Practicum students.
