The staff Dr Dresser has assembled is fantastic, to go along with her approach. She is very candid and straight forward, willing to think outside the box. The entire staff knows my pets as they were their own, despite only being in once or twice a year.

My only challenge is thier schedule, not too many hours and they are a good thirty minutes from home, makes it challenging at times to get in touch with them, but they do have alternatives available for emergencies and the off hour needs.

It is a very clean and colorful office, decorated in all manner of Pug objects. Dr. Dresser loves Pugs, and it is obvious in the memorabila in the office and examination rooms. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure my pet is comfortable. I know I can always count on Dr. Dresser to help me with any questions I may have. My calls are always answered as soon as possible, and they have never left me waiting. I can get answers to simple and maybe not too simple questions over the phone. I always feel my pet is in the best of hands with Dr. Dresser and her staff.
