Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr Ira Neufeld & Associates, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
