Absolutely disgusted by this so-called VET. My cat was very very sick. They prescribed antibiotics and told me to call back in two days if she was still not eating as it was dangerous for a cat's liver to go without food. The very next day my kitty was markedly worse so it called. Since I am an old lady on Social Security, abd my cash for the month was depleted, so they told me that I could leave a post dated check and that I should come in the next morning. When I called in the morning a different girl answered, SHE told me that I definitely could NOT come in unless I had the CASH UP FRONT! I asked about increasing the antibiotics as the bottle indicated that it could be triple what I was giving her. She was emphatic that NO ! that could not be done, nor could I come in and pick up the food supplement that the DR had ordered.

So....Never ever ever trust this place. There goal is LOTSA MONEY, they refuse to work with you and THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOUR LITTLE PET DIES.

check this one out .called this office to ask a emergency question about that we found 4 baby kittens that were just born inside my hot tub after dismanteling it the embilical cord was wrapped around all the kittens and still attached with the sack we didnt know what to do .as my small children watched us .So we called euclid veterinary to ask what should we do THE RECEPTIONIST SAID,"ARE YOU A CLIENT IF NOT, WE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS." WOW .ANIMAL LOVERS ! DEFINATELY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY ANIMAL TO THAT VET! WAIT TILL ANIMAL ACTIVEST GET A HOLD OF THIS ONE .
