They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
