My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! I had heard nothing but good about this facility and found the complete opposite from the minute I arrived. I had a hip replacement and two days later my femur fractured which took me in for another surgery. When I arrive the aides tending to me told me if they didn't answer when I called for help to the bathroom to just go in the bed. They never came when called. After the first night I asked Susan from PT to teach me how to get out of bed myself and get me a commode. She was fantastic and after that I would ring at night they would never come so I would go by myself, always scared to death to fall and end up back in surgery. I was on a morphine based medication every 3 hours and one night I waited 1 hr and 50 min for my pain pills. I threatened to call 911 and that didn't faze them. After that night my sister had to call nurses station each time they were late with medication. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this facility! I am working on a complaint to send to Medicare.

I felt immediately welcomed. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, but there were times that medications were not delivered in a timely manner causing me much distress.. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but was eventually taken care of. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office.

One thing I noticed above all was the staff was of excellent quality, all of them the nurses, nurses aides, and aides, PT & OT staff too. My thoughts however was how much work they were expected to do during thier shift. Bells and whistles going off every where, running here and there, heavens the papwork seemed enough to make anyone's head spin. All this seemed to allow little time for nursing care which is why the missed those meds that I was crying to get.

Overall, five weeks have passed, I am well and want you to give my special appreciation to Terri, Carol, Carolyn, and Hannah, Stephanie and Mary.
