I am moving to the mainland and wanted a detailed copy of my pet's record for the new vet (to include his surgery). They refused to provide it. The staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. None of my questions as to why I can't have copies of my records were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt so confused and lied to when I left. I hate the thought of having to put my pet through more stress with a new vet for them to get the information that is in the records they refuse to provide. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed and am filing a complaint with the state board.
