I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible the elevator was out of service
and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.
