I hated the rotating midwife style. You never get to develop any kind of relationship because you see a different person each time. There is no way to know who will be attending your birth. I had a midwife I really liked for my birth, but at 8am I was dialated to 10, ready to push and since she was off shift, she left. Really, she couldn't stay 20 minutes to deliver my baby after being there all night with me? Lots of things irritated me about this set up. Staff is all nice, though.
