I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
