I felt very rushed and uncared for. The people were as cold as the machines they operated. The service was poor, the people were impolite, and the DVD I was given was lacking quality. The doctor looked at the DVD and said it was very difficult to read, which was intended to be used to help me. The Department of Health will be notified about this facility.
