I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
