I will not go to Baptist minor medical again and here's why. My son had a small cut on his hand and it was a little red & swollen so he when to Baptist. Dr kwok came in and looked at it for 2 minutes and told him he wouldn't treat it(septic) and he needed to go to Baptist ER and then the doctor left. My son called me and I met him at Olive Branch family medical clinic, who then said his hand wasn't septic and gave him a shot and antibotics. Hand is fine. Now Baptist Minor is saying we owe them MORE money and I am not paying because the doctor didn't treat him. So beware of Baptist Minor Medical and this doctor.
