I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The front desk ladies are RUDE and the manager is much worse. I don't even know how the state lets them stay open! This place is terrible, do not go there!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
