The New Ballas office is nearly impossible to deal with. I would suggest visiting the south county location if you want to be treated as anything other than cattle. Also, carefully check any prescriptions written before you leave the office. I've had the doctor incorrectly list medications or leave off important information that is needed for you to have the prescription filled.
