First of all, he is not in Wilmington, he is like in Bourbonnais.
Secondly, he lists several degrees: not just an MD, he lists the Ph.D. degree as well.
He looks like a Disney character, you really cannot believe him sometimes when he talks, he is small almost childlike in stature, high pitched voice.
If you are looking for complaints about him, ask his colleagues at places where he formerly worked: Manteno, etc.
He is not as honest as I would prefer to have for a pediatrician.
Sorry, that was my experience with him. Friendly enough. I just need more than a smile and friendly demeanor.
