I wish they would update their equipment a little more. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
