While Dr. Berger is competent, his office staff is easily the worst I have ever dealt with. I arrived at the Wheeling location at 2 pm for a 3:20 procedure... only to have the staff tell people that the doctor was running THREE HOURS behind schedule. They then answered angry patients by saying they called everyone on the schedule - a lie I quickly disproved by checking my voicemail. They then backtracked on the promise that I could opt to be sedated for the procedure - and never even gave me the pill I was supposed to get to relax me prior to the procedure! The staff is condescending and rude, taking the attitude of "our way or the highway". I ended up going in around 6:30 for my procedure. I'm now checking to see if my GP's office can do all follow-up work - if I never step foot in this office again, it will be too soon.
